A Quote That Sticks With Me

“Survival mode is supposed to be a phase that helps save your life. It is not meant to be how you live.” – Michele Rosenthal

For me and people like me this is a vital thing to learn. We’ve spent to much time in survival mode we don’t know how to not be in it. With time however I do believe we can learn to let it go and live without it.

It’s not easy but it is worth it.
